Last week the children enjoyed reading about how different things are built. The Wonders Reader took us through the building of a ship. It was very interesting watching it be created from start to fnish. The children really loved learning about making different kinds of bridges in our Literature Anthology. The pictures were beautiful and the text very informative. Did you know the Golden Gate Bridge was painted orange so it could be seen through the fog?
Our Math unit has been going great as we make our way around the clock. The analog clock is a little tricky but we are catching on.
This week we will start our Iready diagnostic testing.
We are waiting patiently for the arrival of our caterpillars. Monday might be the day.
In Religion, we watched the story of Moses and starting discussing The 10 Commandents. No worries, we started with the 5th Commandment, honor thy Father and Mother. :)
