Respect, Responsibility,
& Reverence
What is SPIRIT?
The SEAS SPIRIT Committee (similar to a PTA) engages parents and guardians who would like to get involved in events in our school community. SPIRIT Meetings are held every other month in the SEAS Faculty Room, and are open to everyone. SEAS SPIRIT is tasked with raising funds each year to offset tuition costs, and to create a positive, fun-filled learning environment for our SEAS students.
What does SPIRIT do?
Members of the SPIRIT Committee chair our larger school fundraisers, such as the SEAS Block Party, Goods and Services Auction, Pics with St. Nick, Thanksgiving Pie Sale, Candy Sales, Bingo, Walk-a-Thon, and so much more. Involvement in these events and the SPIRIT Committee can be put towards your Commitment to Service hours. SEAS has an active Fathers Club which meets regularly and helps throughout the year at SEAS events.
Why Should I Join SPIRIT?
Participating in SPIRIT is a great way to meet other SEAS parents, stay current on what's new and exciting at SEAS, and get a glimpse into your students' school days by volunteering in our school!
The SPIRIT Coordinator for the '24 - '25 school year is Elysia Doherty. Not sure how you can best make an impact? Don't hesitate to reach out to a fellow SEAS parent to ask how you can help. Remember, many hands make light work! Questions? Contact [email protected].
